Founder & Executive Leadership

I lead company strategy, partnerships, and execution across product, technology, and business operations. My role includes executive decision-making, contract negotiation, client engagements, budgeting, and ensuring delivery aligns with both technical excellence and commercial outcomes.

Principal Solution Architect & Infrastructure Lead

I design and oversee end-to-end system architectures spanning mobile apps, backend platforms, IoT devices, and cloud infrastructure. This includes database design, scalability planning, security considerations, and hands-on server and cloud management using VPS and managed cloud services.

Product Strategy & Business Architecture

I define product vision and roadmap based on market insight, customer feedback, and operational data. I translate real business problems into actionable product requirements, prioritize features based on impact and feasibility, and ensure each release delivers measurable value to clients.

Hands-On Technical Architect

I remain deeply involved in implementation, leading development across backend systems, web platforms, and cross-platform mobile applications using Apache Cordova. I build custom native plugins for iOS and Android, integrate hardware and third-party services, and oversee deployment and store submissions.
